  • We ship to the United States, Canada, EU countries, or worldwide.
  • Some restrictions may apply—check your address at checkout to confirm we can deliver to you.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Cost: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, Canada, EU countries, or worldwide.
  • Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate of 9.99$ for all orders under 59$.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Delays: During peak seasons or sales, processing might take a bit longer—we’ll keep you posted if that happens.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 8-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 7-15 business days for an additional fee, available at checkout.
  • Note: These are estimates—weather, holidays, or carrier delays might affect delivery. We’ll provide tracking to keep you in the loop.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within 21 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@mhh.com. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Delays: If your tracking shows a hiccup, we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out—just let us know.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Double-check your address at checkout—we can’t redirect packages once they’re shipped.
  • Undeliverable Orders: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you. Reshipping fees may apply.
